Creative Residencies
We run a non-profit programme for unique projects, writers retreats, theatre rehearsals, musicians and creative workshops. Our prices are subsidised and we do not rent for events or holiday bookings. Our programme submissions are open on a rolling basis.
The space is available from early September until the end of May.

ACCOMMODATION COSTS
Select what type/size of group you are bringing:
Solo Resident
- No additional cost – included in the £250 flat rate
- Access to Crag Pit Studio and Accommodation only
Small or Student Group (Max. 8)
- £12.50 per person per night
- Access to Crag Pit Studios Accommodation only, which included 3 bedrooms with 7 beds.
Large or Professional Groups (Max. 15)
- £12.50 per person per night in Crag Pit Studios Accommodation
- £25 per person per night for each person in the Main House with larger, nicer bedrooms.
- Private bedrooms possible for up to 11 people
- Access to full sized kitchen and large dining and living room – this may be shared with other residents.
WORKSHOP
Exclusive full house and studio rental is available to run retreats and workshops for up to 10 guests and 1 teacher, with private bedrooms and catering available.
